Arianna Doddi is an Italian Lawyer and a qualified Barrister-at-Law in Ireland with a US Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, specialized in a variety of EU legal disciplines related to the Insurance, Banking and Financial industries.
In 2001, she graduated at The Sapienza University of Rome with a Law Master Degree and admitted to the Bar of Rome where she represented her clients during civil litigation proceedings, as well as in labor, bankruptcy and tax matters before the courts.
From 2009 to 2019, she worked in Dublin, Ireland as In-House Lawyer and Head of Compliance for two international insurance companies belonging respectively to Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group and Generali Insurance Group, where she provided advise on all legal and fiscal aspects of financial-insurance products offered on cross-border basis in the EU/EAA countries, including financial and insurance intermediation, she managed international contracts and acted as focal point on cross-border complaints and litigations.
In 2015, she obtained the degree of Barrister–at–Law at the Honorable Society of King's Inns in Dublin and called to the Bar of Ireland.
In 2017, she obtained the Professional Certificate in Compliance at The Institute of Banking in Ireland and became a member of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland (ACOI).
In 2019, she finally earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in General Studies at The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.
